What is the 21-Day Emotional Detox™ Program?
The 21-Day Emotional Detox™ Program is a three week mental, emotional cleanse that is designed to help you get out of your way and on with your life. During this 3-wk program you will have daily exercises, learn tools and techniques that will take you deep into the depths of the mind. By uncovering the root of the problem that is driving your unconscious actions and reactions we can help you re-boot the mind. I call it MindFu™ training, it’s kung-fu for the mind. With discipline, patience, training, and guidance you can obtain the insight, and peacefulness you have been longing for.
What is included in the 21-Day Emotional Detox™ Program?
Besides reclaiming your mental and emotional clarity, there are many things included in our 21-day Emotional Detox™ Program.
To start things off, after signing up you will immediately receive a email with your username and password to login along with your Kickstart Check-list to help you get mentally prepared for the program. The 21-Day Detox is divided into 3 segments, one starting each week for three weeks total. At the start to each new segment is a welcome video with yours truly, explaining what you can expect, what might get in your way, and different tips, and tools to help you have success with that weeks cleanse. After you watch that weeks video, you get to mix and match how you would like to experience that weeks detox. You can choose from MP3’s, videos, exercises and written assignments to practice each day. No matter what you choose, it will take you less than 10 minutes to complete and off you go about your day!
The goal with this cleanse is to teach you simple life-hacks that you can use as you go vs. spending hours and hours and hours that you don’t have. The exercises are easy to use and can be accessed on any and all of your mobile devices. You can try them all or stick to the ones you like, totally up to you. As long as you do one a day, you will be well on your way!
How much time per-day do I need to set aside?
Let’s be real. Setting an hour a day aside for what I call PD (Personal Development) time isn’t always realistic with our busy schedules. Between work, kids, family, and responsibilities it almost feels impossible for ‘me’ time. I designed this program with you in-mind. 10 minutes. Thats it. Just 10 minutes a day is all you need to commit to for the entirety of this course. Be sure to set this time aside and schedule an appointment with yourself. Same time, same place is ideal. Get up 10 minutes early, go to bed 10 minutes late or spend one of your 15 minutes breaks at work engaged in this program. Keep it simple my friend, but decide now, when and where you are going to do this.
When is the best time of day to start my daily practice?
This totally depends on you and your schedule. If you are a night-owl, then do it at night. If you are a morning bird, then morning is where it is at. If you are neither, then a mid-day break might be ideal. Personally, I am a morning bird. I truly feel that morning is prime time to set your intention, clear your head, and a morning practice allows you to be more aware, alert, and purposeful through-out your day. With that being said, if you aren’t used to getting up early and are more of the roll out of bed and go type, this new habit might not fit your style. This is totally fine! Do what works for you because doing something is better than doing nothing!!
Is this a good thing to do with a friend or partner?
Yes! Yes! And Triple Yes! There is nothing better than having a friend or partner that speaks your same language. This program is designed to help you as an individual clean, and clear your mind, however, having someone to share your experience or help you when you get stuck is such a wonderful gift! Ask someone you love to embark on this journey with you, however if no one is down, don’t hessite to travel solo! You won’t regret it, I promise!
